Who can stay at Shukarana Stays?

We host working professionals and students. Couples are not permitted, in line with our house rules and society guidelines.

What documents are needed for ID verification?

A government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence) plus your company ID or college ID. Verification is mandatory for every resident, which is what keeps the property safe for everyone.

What is the notice period?

One month's written notice before moving out. Your security deposit is refunded after a standard room check, typically within 7–10 working days.

Question 4

What's included in the rent and what costs extra?

Rent includes your bed, furniture, WiFi, power backup, housekeeping of common areas, maintenance and access to all amenities. Electricity as per meter usage and optional food/laundry services are charged separately.

How do I book a visit?

Is there a lock-in period?

We ask for a minimum stay of three months. Shorter stays can be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.

Can I park my two-wheeler or car?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Covered parking is available for both, along with EV charging points for electric scooters and bikes.
