Our story
Shukarana began in 2016 with a single floor and a simple frustration: young professionals moving to Hinjewadi deserved better than a mattress in a crowded room with a landlord who never picked up the phone.
A decade later we host hundreds of residents from Infosys, Wipro, Tata Technologies and Persistent — along with students who need a quiet corner to study. The scale changed; the standard didn't.
